BillMyClass helps lesson businesses manage schedules, students, parents, invoices, and communications. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, and business profile.
- Operational data you enter: students, parents, teachers, lessons, invoices, and payments.
- Technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
- Provide scheduling, billing, reminders, and parent portal features.
- Send transactional emails such as password resets and lesson reminders when enabled.
- Improve reliability, security, and customer support.
Data sharing
We do not sell customer data. We use infrastructure providers required to host and deliver the service. Parent booking links only expose the minimum information needed to reschedule a lesson.
Retention and security
We retain workspace data while your account is active. You can request export or deletion by contacting support. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
