By creating a BillMyClass account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Service description
BillMyClass provides software for lesson scheduling, attendance, session balances, make-up classes, invoices, and related admin workflows. Features may change as the product evolves during beta.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and contact information.
- Obtain consent before storing student and parent data.
- Keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
Billing
Paid plans are billed manually during the sellable beta. Subscription status, trial dates, and renewal dates are tracked in your workspace until automated billing is enabled.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt to access other workspaces, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is during beta. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
